Appointments and Scheduling
Sessions with Dr. Fortner are by appointment only and can be held either in person or virtually. Video chat appointments are held through a secure telemedicine program. All appointments are scheduled by Dr. Fortner through email or voice mail. Please leave a message stating the days and times that are most convenient for you, and you will receive a response within one business day. Also, please be aware that cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid the full appointment charge.
Hours
Fortner Psychiatry operates on weekdays, by appointment only. Patient appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 8am to 3:30pm.
Rates
Initial Patient Evaluation (60 - 90 minutes) : $450
Medication Management / Follow up (20 - 30 minutes): $190
Administrative work (such as disability paperwork, prior authorizations, or calls outside of scheduled appointments) : $75 per 15 minutes
Psychiatric Consultation (60 - 90 minutes): $450
Insurance
Fortner Psychiatry is a private-pay setting with no insurance panel participation. Fees are due at time of service and payment may be made by check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Documentation of services is provided so that patients may file for covered reimbursement from their insurance provider.
